Hi Canu,

1. IQ or PLL problem will get you failed at all power levels.

2. Solder RF cable at PA input or TXVCO output and use test mode to see RMS PE, then you can see if problem happens before PA.

3. There is some time some noisy signal interfer your TX power feedback trace, can you tell me which PAs you use before and after RMS problem?

4. All'1' and '0' condition can ONLY specify your VCO carrier is good or not.

5. Add an attenuator before PA in case of VCO load pulling by PA.

Pls get me feedback if you need,

U R so TMD professional !
May I ask U a question ?
When there is no data can be received from the CMU to handset, just for the sake of the PA direct output to CMU without LNA back input to handset, how to set the CMU and the handset in "test mode " ?
Thank U. |
