第一句有点乱，不知道啥意思
第二句的moat要根据上下文来看，但我猜大概是说的隔离带的意思，有些PCB里将模拟和数字分开，中间有明显的区域隔离（净地，无走线，无地铜皮），只通过单点接地连接。这句话的意思是：当信号线需要穿越这个隔离带时，需要跟一根地线。（为什么呢？）
第三句说的是PCB制板工艺问题，即PCB表面焊盘处理。意思是：镀金板比镀锡板在表面平整度方面性能更好

确保走线的相邻层是地层，而且不要被过孔造成不连续。（过孔在地层会造成一大片挖空，要避免挖空连在一起。）
