你用 sensor 是已經封裝好的TLCC (tiny LCC) 再SMT在PCB上不是 pure 的COB process

我之前所提的cubic是用COB直接封裝成連holder都在的cubic

回到你的問題你的particle相當大不像是sensor本身造成的
所以先確認你們做LCC封裝時 cover glass 有沒有先清洗過
接著還是其他人已經提出的封膠的問題

謝謝樓主的回答,我們目前封合用的膠水是樂泰的3128膠,cover glass在封裝前沒有清洗,是供應商來料時清洗好的,麻煩一下,能提供貴公司封合時採用的膠水嗎?

SMT后发现有白点,可以使用溶剂清洗干净后再进行下面工程。
如图所示的异物可以分别进行有机和无机的成分分析，然后再相应的工程进行改善。在Holder封装前再进行一次Sensor异物检查工位也是很有必要的。[em01][br]+3 RD币

Yee! It is more difficult for particle control, ultra sensor is down the pixel and high resolution, the COB yield will down, ultra you go though SMT, the high temperature will cause more particle, like flex, holder, PCB, IR glass corner, glue, All kind of material will produce the particle under high temperature, not easy for control.

So the COB yield is the module cost! [br]+5 RD币

SMD cover glass must to be clean, do you know your IR glass vendor control well with clean level? and so on , every parts used in COB cubic need to be carefully clean!

有机容积超声波洗后再用纯水洗, IR glass 洗可能留下水渍, 但是有LENS厂能洗, 你问问流程!

PCB suggest use ceramic material like Altus, otherwise your FR4 material hard to control the corner fiber particle and mask layer. [br]+5 RD币
