KTH7812 是一款霍尔角度编码器，它集成了霍尔器件、数模转

数字信号, 再经过 ATAN 模块进行计算，得到 16 位的数字角度。

编码器的输出接口可以通过 SPI 通信直接输出滤波后的角度数
值，用户可以使用 MCU 或其他电路直接读取。
为了提高刷新频率，滤波后的角度可以经过插值器处理，并输出
