Position: RF Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
Work as application engineer in account support teams located in different regions (U.S., Europe, Japan, SAP)
Explain and demonstrate **’s advanced RF test methodology and solution to world-wide leading IC providers
Properly manage and implement project for customer, develop cost effective RF test solution on ** system for customer  
Understand the requirement of customers, effectively relay this information to division for future improvement of **
Provide day-to-day support to customers on-site

Training
Train them up in SH on following topics:     Nov.,2007~ Feb.,2008
IC test fundamental
** digital and mixed-signal test
** RF Portscale subsystem
New employee training project
Get them hired by worldwide account support teams  Mar.,2008


Educational background
Graduated from top level universities
Majored in RF related subjects, such as RF circuit design, microwave and electromagnetism, microwave navigation and wireless communication
Bachelor degree and above
Working experience
Minimum 3/5 years experience for Master/Bachelor in related industries
Experience in design or test for RF device, circuit or system
Experience in research and development work. Be good at RF signal analysis and RF system troubleshooting
Basic programming skill on C, C++, Perl

Language
Minimum CET-4
Skillful in reading and writing technical papers in English
Good English speaking and listening  

Personality
Willing to take challenge and learn new technologies
Good communication and presentation skills
Spirit of team work

Preferred
Experience in IC test
Experience in customer support
Basic project management skill
