Requirement:
· Education: Bachelor in Engineering (Electrical or Electronics)
· Minimum 5 years in RF/BaseBand design of transceiver, of which min. 2 yrs in leading an electrical design team (for Sr EE) and min. 3 yrs for EE. Design of mobile phone will be a distinctive advantage.
· To provide technical support during proto builds & transfer to factory for mass production. Must be bi-lingual.
· From Customer requirements, develop RF/BaseBand & its derivative frequency bands design to meet Product functionalities & specifications.
· Ensure that the RF/BaseBand design meet the Sensitvity, RF Power & Safety (SAR) specifications.
· Evaluate & test RF/BaseBand designs from concept from prototypes to production start
· Value analysis & initiate design cost down efforts.
· Ensure that the RF/BaseBand designs meet the Quality, Schedule, Cost & DFM (Design for Manufacturability) goals.
