Position Description:

We are seeking for a HW project leader to be responsible of HW (BB,RF,PWB) design activities in mobile phone development projects. The main responsibilities are:
- Planning, specifying and scheduling the HW sub-project as a member of project management team
- Driving and coordinating the detailed planning and design work within HW design team
- Chairing HW design reviews
- Reporting design status and verification results to project management team


Requirements:

- Experience in HW design in mobile communication products, preferably GSM
- Project management experience
- Skills in people management
- Decision making skills
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Accountability, ability to meet the schedules
- Be able to solve problems in an analytical way
