Requisition Title: Field Application Engineer
Department: SZ WWS
This position will be based in Shenzhen, He/she reports directly to Regional Sales Manager
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Achieve Company’s targets in design win performance and provide quality service to achieve customer satisfaction in quality and product performance
Work together with sales team to make regular sales calls, visit distributors, establish and maintain good customer relationship
Anticipate and understand customers’ technical and business requirements and relate it to products and service capability, provide product solution and its value to meet customers’ needs
Execute sales strategy, beat competition and achieve or exceed the design win target
Distribute updated product catalogue, samples or product literatures to the customers
Assist in launching new products/service and promotion plan. – new project identification, measure EVB with customer together and provide analysis report against competitors
Work with sales team to support/ participate promotion seminars, trade shows and make presentation to customers
Assist customers to solve technical and application problems; refer to other appropriate teams / departments as and when required
Provide training on company technologies and products to customers and distributors
Prospect, qualify and document design-in opportunities and threats.
Maintain complete contact/company profile database, action item tracking system.
§ Ensure timely submittal of internal and external activity reports.
Plan & report weekly/monthly design-in activities on customer activities and competition
Any other duties assigned by the Company and the Superior
Requirement:
University degree in Engineering or Telecommunications
At least 3 years FAE experience in Semiconductor, preferably in CDMA/Wireless / RF Components, preferably within a MNC environment
Knowledge of ODM, Contract Manufacturing and 3rd party design house models
Extensive domestic traveling is required  
Impeccable Work Ethic with Positive, Optimistic Attitude.
Outstanding Quantitative & Analytical Skills
Excellent English and Chinese Mandarin required
Excellent communication and motivational skills
; Excellent presentations and negotiation skills essential
