求助]跪求DSP仿真时LOAD出错问题

急问高手：
  小弟用TMS320VC5416做了一个系统，非常简单。没有外设，就用了片上AD。程序写好后编译通过，没有报错
，但LOAD时CCS提示：error: file loader
                   data verification failed at address 0x2400
                  please verify target memory and memory map
     点确定后又在0x2508,0x3F80处出同样的提示。
  restart后go main 时提示：cpu_1_dsp device driver
                           trouble writing target cpu memory
                           error 0x00000804/-1144
                           error during:register,timeout
                           processor timeout,device would not respond
                           code composer is auto retrying
                           press cancel button to cancel the current operation
                           然后trouble halting target cpu:error 0x00000020/-2072
                           error during:execution
                          cannot halt the processor
                          然后trouble writing target cpu memory:error 0x00000804/-1144
                          error during:registertimeout processor timeout
                          device would not respond
                         然后强行退出。
仿真器是好的，别人用过。CCS也重装了几遍。Vcccp管脚我接+5V了。out文件有8.72k大
我换了几个参考资料光盘上的例程结果都是一样的，都是LOAD时出错，提示也一样。
.cmd文件中0x2400是程序空间prog段的开始，prog段长7EAF.text就装到prog段里.就算我.cmd文件有错，例程的总是
好的吧，我换了好几个例程提示都是一样的。电路板供电等均正常。跪求高手帮忙分析解决问题。小弟先谢了!
