R&D-Senior Electronic Engineer

任职要求：1.Bachelor degree or above, major in electronic or related specialty.
2.6+ year’s electronics design experience.
3.Knowledge and experience in audio signal theory and sound quality.
4.Skills in basic analog and digital electrical circuit design.
5.Basic understanding in RF communication and EMC design.
6.Basic understanding in electro-acoustic transducers, e.g. microphones and speakers.
7.Be able to read and write technical specifications in English.
8.Hands-on approach to circuit prototyping and verification measurement.
9.Experience with PCB layout electrical design.
10.Be able to carry out designs independently and also coordinate with team members from other functions, e.g. mechanical, manufacturing and quality assurance, etc. -- A good team player.
11.Skills in high volume production from definition into production on very aggressive schedules and to be cost sensitive
12.Understandable written and verbal communication n skills in both English and Chinese.
13.Experience on telephone terminal equipments and system, DECT system, or Bluetooth system is a plus.
14.Advanced degree in electronics is preferred.


职位职责：Engineering analysis to select and execute detailed electronics design approaches to carry out the design and schedule goals set by Santa Cruz New Product Development (NPD) team – including communication with the Santa Cruz development team, select and estimate their costs of electrical devices, components, assemblies and systems development for new or OEM communication headset and base products. Carry out front-end feasibility study, prototyping, pilot run, guiding QA electrical tests and production line start-up/support.
