要求电声经验丰富，英语良好。
任职要求：1.BS in Engineering or related technical discipline with emphasis in acoustics or electronics
2.Five + years electro-acoustics design experience
3.Knowledge and experience in theories of acoustic design and sound quality.
4.Intermediate analog electrical circuit design
5.Knowledge and experience in electro-acoustic transducers, e.g. microphones and speakers.
6.Knowledge and experience in various acoustics elements, e.g. acoustic filters
7.Experience in reading and writing technical specifications in English
8.Hands-on approach to prototyping and verification measurement
Experience with lab equipment, i.e. B&K, Audio Precision and equivalent systems
9.Able to carry out designs independently, and be able to coordinate with team members from other functions, e.g. 10.industrial design, mechanical, electrical, manufacturing and quality assurance, etc. -- A good team player
11.Skill to be cost sensitive in terms of high volume products from definition into production on aggressive schedules
12.Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
13.Good computer skills


职位职责：1.Responsible for engineering analysis to select and execute detailed electro-acoustic design approaches consistent with the design and schedule goals set by Santa Cruz New Product Development (NPD). This includes communication with the Santa Cruz development team, selection and costing of electrical and acoustic devices, components and assemblies. Also responsible for front-end feasibility studies, prototyping, pilot runs, production line start-up support and systems development for new or OEM communications headset products.
2.Must provide leadership in acoustics core technology efforts and provide acoustics guidance to other functions such as Industrial Design, Production and Quality Assurance.
