Sr. RF Engineer
任职要求：1.BS in Engineering majored in electronics engineering.Advanced degree in electronics is preferential.
2.5+ year’s electronics design experience(3+ year’s experience as RF engineer) in R&D.
3.Experience with RF and analog circuit design.
4.Experience with RF simulation software tools and RF measurement tools such as networks analyzers, spectrum analyzers, etc.
5.Basic understanding in EMC design.
6.Be able to read and write technical specifications in English.
7.Hands-on approach to circuit prototyping and verification measurement.
8.Experience with PCB layout for good RF and EMC performance.
9.Be able to carry out designs independently and also coordinate with team members from other functions, e.g. mechanical, manufacturing and quality assurance, etc. -- A good team player.
10.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
11.Experience on cell phone or other wireless terminal equipments and systems is preferential.
12.Experience in multinational R&D department is preferential
职位职责：1.The candidate will be a team member in the development of wireless headset products. Designing and implementing RF subsystems (Bluetooth/DECT/WiFi) with Santa Cruz, Swindon and Suzhou new product development team. – including communication with the Santa Cruz/Swindon development team, select and estimate their costs of electrical devices, components, assemblies and systems development for new or OEM communication headset and base products.
2.Carry out front-end feasibility study, prototyping, pilot run, guiding QA electrical tests and production line start-up/support.
