RF HW Manager
Lead RF HW development team responsible for RF HW Unit design and verification of TD-SCDMA NB product. The candidate will work with about 15 staff team and lead the team to ensure the RF Unit of Node B releases are delivered on time, with high quality. The role requires that the candidate have a strong commitment to RF development team and to meeting the release deadlines. Essential aspects include:
Responsibility
l          Lead RF HW team to achieve project targets on cost, quality and delivery time.
l          Continue to optimize design and verification process to ensure efficient and high quality delivery.
l     Lead adoption of major RF technical and/or business changes
l     Set strategic direction to improve team development capability
l          Align resources to meet objectives with parallel projects requirements
l          Responsible for people development within the team
l          Support department manager to plan budget
l     Cooperate with other HW teams to improve the whole HW development business
Qualification
l          BA Degree or above plus a minimum of 5 years related experience in RF development
l          Strong technical management skills (min 3 years)
l          Excellent and comprehensive knowledge of Wireless Communication Network and Systems especially in RF design field.
l          Passion for driving technology innovation and balancing research and development
l          Demonstrated ability to develop technical people and establish processes using teaching and coaching skills
l          Initiative, self-motivation and positive personal personality
l          Excellent skill of communicating with people and coordinating multi-functional teams are mandatory
l          Experiences to introduce RF project from prototype to mature production is a plus
l          Experiences in project management is a plus
l          Fluent in written and oral English and Mandarin communications
