Sr. Multimedia Software Manager
Reports t Director of Software
Location: Shanghai Status: Full Time / Permanent Employee
Qualifications – must have
Education: Master or higher degrees in computer science, engineering
Experience: at least 8+ years working experience in multimedia codec and system component development;
Minimum 5 years experience of managing and delivering multimedia product is must.
In-depth knowledge with multimedia audio and video codec algorithm including MPEG1/2/4, H.263/264, WMV, AAC/AAC+, etc.
In-depth knowledge with multimedia system components including PS/TS, DVD/DTV systems. Knowledge with DirectX and AV Sync tuning is needed.
In-depth knowledge with embedded system development
Fluent in English speaking and writing
S.W.A.N.(Smart, Work hard, Ambitious, Nice)
Qualifications – nice to have
2D/3D Graphics experience is a big plus
Familiar with ARM architecture and ARM optimization is a big plus
Experience in WinCE and embedded/ARM linux system is a big plus
Main Responsibilities and Job Tasks
Team management and building for multimedia group and graphic group
Lead the team for on-chip multimedia and graphic component verification and deliver the turn-key multimedia/graphics solution for it.
Provide efficient support for customer support on multimedia/graphics solutions
