English Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
Responsibilities
l               Lead team to do system design for EVB, reference design and integrated with RF module
l               Lead team to evaluate and recommend RF related components, integrated them into system designs
l               Lead team to continue to improve overall system performance and cost
l               Manage board manufacturing
l               Support customer for hardware to RF designs
l               Resource management for both hardware and RF teams
l               Cooperate with PM to successfully deliver high quality products with competitive schedule and cost
l               Continue to improve engineering efficiency, report improving strategy and progress
l               Motivate and coach team to build stronger engineering teams
Requirements:
Must Have
l               Education: Bachelor or higher degrees in electronics or electrical engineering;
l               Experience: at least 7+ years hardware design working experience;
l               Experience: at least 3+ years of engineer manager
l               Experience of handheld, or GPS product system design;
l               Experience of RF related technical development
l               EDA tools(Orcad and PowerPCB);
l               Responsible, Working in aggressive schedule
l               CPLD design and implementation;
l               Experience of High-speed circuit design, EMC
l               Successful product delivery experience
l               Good team management, engineering leadership
l               Good communication skill
Nice to have
l            Optional: One of following experience will be preference.
l            RF design experience
l            Familiar with C and ARM assemble language coding
l            Fluent in English speaking and writing

English Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
Responsibilities
Drive product software development with mature and efficient process
Manage multiple groups within the software division to deliver software products based on company’s SOC
Coordinate developments and communications among different departments in the company.
Work closely with customer to solve customer problems
Requirements:
Must Have
BS Degree, Computer Science or EE
Minimum of 10 year experience software development experience with strong c/c++/asm capability
Minimum of 8 year experience with embedded software development
Minimum of 5 year experience with software project management.
Deep understanding on modern computer architecture is a must
Understanding in professional software quality, product release procedure is must
Good communication skill in writing and speaking English
Nice to have
Experience with Windows CE or Linux BSP development is a big plus
Familiar with ARM architecture is a big plus
Hardware knowledge and experience of working with IC verification is a big plus
Experience of multimedia software is a big plus
