System engineer, China / Beijing

the position duties are as follow:
-To coordinate, manage and participate Nokia System Verification,
Interoperability Testing (IOT) /Multivendor Integration (MVI), Customer
trials and field-testing activities.
-Working in customer interface during the trial phases.
-Ensure correct interworking between GSM/GPRS/EDGE/UMTS networks to include
testing and troubleshooting GSM/GPRS/EDGE/UMTS/CN and IMS network elements
involving SGSN, MSC/MSS, HLR, BSC, RAN, BTS.
?Provide analysis, test case design, planning, configuration, testing,
troubleshooting, and report for all GSM/GPRS/EDGE/UMTS and IMS test
projects.
?Testing and analyzing GSM/GPRS/EDGE/UMTS and IMS network interfaces and
protocols stacks using protocol analyzer tools.
?Perform SGSN, MSC/MSS, IMS (rel 5 and rel 6), HLR, BSC, RAN, and BTS
configuration and integration.
?Participate with SGSN, MSC, IMS (rel 5 and rel 6),  HLR, BSC, RAN, and
BTS software & hardware upgrades.
.-local escalation point for core network issue in China 3G trials.

We are looking for a Senior System integration Engineer to join our MP R&D
team, Beijing Product Creation, where Nokia Mobile phones are developed.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the system integration one
or several GSM terminal projects. As a System Integration engineer you are
required t

1) Plan and co-ordinate the execution of system integration tasks in
co-operation with relevant technology areas
2) Clarify critical use cases, measuring performance in some critical use
cases and reporting in product programs
3) Participate in technical reviews in relevant technology areas
