什么是non-critical circuits？

只听说过操作系统中临界代码，电流怎么也有临界电流？
文档中整段话如下：
The system context is maintained in system DRAM, but power is shut off to non-critical circuits. Memory is retained, and refreshes continue. All clocks stop except RTC clock.

这个是只系统从活动状态进入睡眠或节能状态的。系统的运行内容和程序是保存在DRAM中的，non-critical circuit是非关键电路的意思，对于这个部分电源会关闭。内存会保持供电，保持持续刷新。所有时钟都停止工作，只有实时时钟还在工作。

没有什么其他意思！
