Job Description

You will be a key member of a team designing software for new Smart Phone platforms. These positions require a strong commitment to quality and the proven ability to work as part of a cohesive team.

The job responsibilities could include creating board support packages, device driver development, wireless telephony, or integration. You will need to have some of the following experiences:

• Windows Mobile 5.0 (Magneto), WinCE 5.0, or other embedded operating system
• Initial board bring up (bootloaders, device drivers)
• Multimedia device drivers
• Wireless telephony (modems, RIL)
• Test
• Knowledge of processors used in advance feature phones or Smart Phones.

Requirements

• Excellent C++ skills and firm understanding of object oriented programming
• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Good working knowledge in Microsoft’s embedded software development environment (Platform Builder)
• Experience in developing and integrating embedded applications
• Working knowledge of the requirement of embedded software including board support packages
• 2 to 5 years of work experience
• Fluent in Written and oral English communications

Nice to have

• Know-how in multiple embedded operating systems
• Experience in .NET Framework, especially in an embedded environment
• At least one year of experience in Intel Xscale platform
