职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Design,define,implement and maintain the software platform of CarrierAccess products
-Instructing and Supporting other software engineer's development
-Working together with hardware engineers to bring up embedded system
-Develop detailed functional specification and document the module detail design
-Fix the bugs submitted by the PA engineers of the different releases of this module
-Following the development process running in the company

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree (Software Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or Computer Science) or equivalent

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 3+ years embedded system platform maintenance and development experience is a must
- Master BSP of Vxworks, familiar with powerpc/arm/dsp/np
- Master development envirment of Vxworks--Tornado
- Debugging experience by BDM or other emulator and ASM language or NP's Micorcode are plus
- TDM and analog telecom experience desirable but not required
- Experience working in a team environment
