公司是美国外企，2000年成立，总部在美国，华平vc投资的，全球150多人，北京100多人，包括研发中心、售前售后等部门，vp如cto，coo都在美国。公司是电信运营商，主要业务有两个：第一，联系全球运营商，做无线数据漫游业务；第二，做运营商的增值服务。
这个职位是公司新设的，属于市场部，以前没有人做。角色定位是直接向美国的全球marketing vp汇报

Product Manager,  Mobile Messaging Services   
Responsibilities:

1、Market analysis
2、Facilitate engineering development and field testing/trials
3、Facilitate customization and implementation
4、Identify product quality problem and its source, and propose improvement solutions
5、Support company product marketing, business development, and service operations

Required Experience:

Minimum 3-year direct experience in mobile messaging network infrastructure and messaging service, serving international mobile operators. Be familiar with global mobile operator messaging business environment and mobile data platforms, wireless applications, service roadmaps, market trends and competition. Have a comprehensive technical knowledge of MMS, SMS and other messaging standards, SS7 network, IP networking, number addressing, and other applications.

1. Excellent team player with strong sense of responsibility and ownership
2. Capable of managing and driving multi-functional teams to deliver results
3. Self sufficient in multi-tasking assignments with attention to details
4. Excellent English verbal communication and business writing skills within English-speaking working environment
5. Capable of understanding international technical standards, call flow implementation, and service quality issues
6. BS in Engineering or equivalent technical degree; MBA a plus

工作职责重点：
和国外的电信运营商联系，对运营商的服务、收费等进行综合对比，择优合作。

技能要求重点：
有messaging行业经验，熟悉mms、sms、ss7等协议。
英语口语要非常好，主要是对国外电信运营商的沟通，对运营商的服务、收费等进行综合对比，择优合作。
