这个里面根本没有噪声参数的
而设计LNA最重要的就是噪声系数要小
它的匹配原则不是按S11匹配的
而是按最小噪声匹配的
因此你仿真时,不能光看增益
何况,你的仿真中,噪声系数都不知道是怎么仿出来的.因此S2P里根本没有相关的数据啊[br]<p align=right><font color=red>+3 RD币</font></p> |
