Functional Title:  Software Developer  
General Summary:  Responsible for the development of software for the Build to Order (BTO) manufacturing environment using defined software lifecycle methodologies.  
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:  Develop, Test and integrate code for the Build to Order Manufacturing environment. Responsible for contributing to the design and architecture of new or re-engineered software, preparing accurate project status documentation for management, performing and ensuring peer code reviews are implemented, and ensuring source code and file revision control for all projects. Interface with software vendors and drive issues and requirements to vendors and software partners.  Work with the appropriate internal engineering teams to keep the process / software compatible with new product offerings.  Replicate, debug and provide timely status for issues generated. Prepare written specifications from verbal requirements. Develop and review design, functional, technical and/or user documentation as needed. Provide sustaining or maintenance support to software. Assist in the development of junior programmers. Define and implement actions for departmental or cross-functional process improvements.  
Knowledge, Skills, Education and Abilities:  BSCS, BSCE, BSEE preferred.  Approximately above 5 years of programming skills and relevant work experience required.  Working knowledge of Linux, MS Operating Systems and TCP/IP/IPX is required.
