深圳某手机研发公司想寻一位CDMA R&D Manager, 年薪20万以上。
要求如下：
  
1) Age over 30;
2）Master degree in computer or related fields;
3)Good level of English and mandarin;
4)About 8-10 years working experiences with minimum 5 years related industry background;
5)Tracking record on successful project R&D;
6)Detailed platform and chipset knowledge;
7)Familiar with both HW and SW R&D,and related technology and skills;
8)Ability to manage R&D team and deliver result on schedule;
9)Good team spirit and inter-communication skills with personality;
10)Must be open minded and clear logical thinking
11）Having Qualcomm chipset 6025 experience is prefer.
