3.4-3.8 GHz 10W Watt Power Amplifier for WiMAX Applications

This example shows the design and simulation of a Eudyna 10W GaN HEMT amplifier, EGN010MK.聽 It demonstrates common measurements used for this design such as DCIV curves for the HEMT device as well as swept single-tone, and two-tone output power for the PA. DC annotations are also added to display the voltages and currents at each node in the amplifier circuit.聽 Project folders are also used to help organize the schematics and graphs.

Note: This project is intended for MWO users who already have a grasp of the basic schematic, layout, and graphing tools available.
