从硬件方面来说，ULC是比较好做的，集成度很高了，BB和RF都应该没有问题。

so far the mobile phone based Infineon ULC1 platform has been launch to market from Apr, 2006. You can buy M02, M03 of Bird, Good RF performance, stable S/W. It is ultra low cost platform, integrated BB and RF in single chip. GSM only, also can support GPRS based on differenct S/W platform, which is the only mature single chip solution in market so far.

M02、M03是Infineon ULC1做的吗，ULC1软件上不是不支持GPRS吗？

ULC2把PMU也集成了，但ULC2还没有什么公司做，好像。
ULC已经量产很久了。量非常大。

为什么说是集成度最高？不也就是BB+RF+PMU?最多还有一个2Mbit的SRAM？还有的独特之处？集成PA还是Flash？不太可能吧？
