Ubuntu /sbin 下 reboot shutdown 不见了

Ubuntu-14.04，
/sbin 下 reboot、shutdown 都不见了，怎么破？

执行 reboot，返回如下：

xxxx@NJ-SW-UBUNTU18:~$ reboot
The program 'reboot' can be found in the following packages:
* upstart
* molly-guard
Ask your administrator to install one of them
xxxx@NJ-SW-UBUNTU18:~$
