1. Software Manager

Description:
- Work in a newly established Customer Technical Support branch of tens of SW & HW engineers.
- Strong support to the Verification board & Reference design for Thomson IC family.
- Motivate the team to get the best performance


Skills & Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- Relevant experience on team management
- 5+ years professional experience in embedded RTOS/driver/API
- 5+ years professional experience in consumer electronic products development
- 5+ years strong C/C++ and Assembly skills
- 2+ years Multimedia application development experience, particular with MPEG-2 or H.264 standards
- Deep understanding of real-time operating system concept
- Familiarity with DTV/MPEG/DVB and experience with related development
-Good communication skills in English and Chinese

2. Hardware Manager (PCB, Reference Design)
Location: Beijing

Description:
- Work in a newly established Customer Technical Support branch of tens of SW & HW engineers.
- Development of Verification board & Reference design for Thomson IC family.
- Motivate the team to get the best performance


Skills & Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or related major
- Relevant experience on team management
- 5+ years professional experience in high-speed PCB design
- 3+ years professional experience in consumer electronic product design
- Familiarity with DTV/MPEG/DVB and experience with related development
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese
