Position：Firmware Engineer
Responsibility:
·       Setup software design environment following global standard and local needs.
·       Responsible for the design and implementation of embedded systems following software development control process and related document and specification for security products solutions.
·       Communicate with regional marketing team and global R&D team to understand local customer needs and create solution linked to global platform.
·       Performs architecture research, sub-system analysis, programming, and unit testing.
Requirement:
·       2 ~ 3 years or plus working experiences on embedded software development with 8/16/32 bits MCU design.
·       Strong software skills - C, C++, Assembly coding.
·       Good experience with programming real-time embedded systems, specification design, project planning, HW/FW integration. Familiar with various testing equipment, including ICE, oscilloscope, etc.
·       Experience with communication protocols such as RS232/RS485/Ethernet/CAN/SPI.
·       Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously successfully.
·       Excellent language skill on English reading, speaking and writing.
Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work in global teams are essential.

Position：Component Engineer
Responsibility:
* Select replaceable electronic component (capacitor, diode, relay etc…); verify the qualification and other characteristics
* Perform Components Assessments; lab, testing equipment inspections/audits as required
* Support the product development on the component selection--research for more options for critical electronic components according to part's specification; ensure the component quality and on-time delivery for prototyping
* Manage & Maintain the Honeywell Security component specification and documentation as Honeywell Security requirements
* Resolve technical issues at suppliers and manufacturing facilities, e.g. testing, trouble shooting
* Communicate with the global team to release the qualified components
* Maintain and improve the quality system
Requirement:
* Bachelor degree or above, Electronics Engineering Background preferred
* 3+ years relevant experience in electronic components selection and verification
* Familiar with local high qualified component manufacture, familiar with the electronic component verification process
* Familiar with 6 sigma preferred, not necessary
* Strong team player
* Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (Written & Verbal)
* Demonstrated track record of ownership and ability to deliver results
* Good interpersonal skills and global mindset

Position：Hardware Design Engineer

Responsibility:
Ø       Design, develop, modify and localize digital and mixed signal electronic circuits in security technologies for both China and Global market;  
Ø       Review design specifications for critical functional characteristics;
Ø       Create circuit design that satisfies the design requirements. Analyze and simulate the performance of the design for the application;
Ø       Verify that the design meets Design for Manufacturability and Testability guidelines and achieves the cost and reliability targets. Coordinate the layout, assembly and testing of the prototype assemblies. Complete the functional and environmental qualification of the assembly;
Ø       Release the design for production;
Ø       Provide technical support to commercial team and customers.
Requirement:
Ø       BSEE or MSEE;  
Ø       Strong digital design skills with 3 years minimum experience in digital hardware design, PCB design, microprocessor board level or VHDL/FPGA design;  
Ø       Strong technical problem solving skills ;  
Ø       Six Sigma (DFSS,DMAIC and DFR) knowledge (GB prefer);  
Ø       Familiar with analog circuit design particularly sensor interface and analog to digital conversion;  
Ø       Sound Design for Test (DFT) and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) knowledge;  
Ø       Experience with PSPICE and other circuit simulation tools, be proficient designing in high noise environments and harsh environments;  
Ø       Familiar with PTH and SMT printed circuit board fabrication and assembly processes;  
Ø       Proven ability to lead design from concept to release to manufacturing;  
Ø       Be able to drive open technical issues to closure;  
Ø       Ability to communicate in English.  
Ø       Familiarity with security product and related market is a plus.  
Ø       Experience with Radio Frequency design is a plus.
