Responsibilities
1.        Lead a medium-sized team to deliver high quality software in one of Android Kernel area： OS core, connectivity, multimedia, security, power, etc.
2.        Owner of all the key aspects of responsible areas: functional/non-functional requirements, technical topics, on time and high quality project deliveries
3.        Responsible for recruiting, build-up and continuous improvement of the team’s competency and performances

Requirements
1.        Minimum 6 years of development experiences in Android/Linux kernel and in-depth understanding and knowledge with Android system architecture
2.        Proficient in C/C++ or Java
3.        In-depth understanding and hands-on experiences of Agile software development methods
4.        Excellent and proven track records of people and team leading experiences skills
5.        Good communication skills, open to changes, quick learner and self-motivated in a fast paced environment
6.        Bachelor or Master
7.        English proficiency in both oral and written
