Position Details

•This is a new FAE position located in Beijing to mainly support Beijing key customers- H3C and ZTE, and also other key north China customers, e.g. Inspur.
•This position is under China Sales organization, and report to Switch FAE Manager
•This FAE should cover the SW support of the  below Marvell products: Prestera Switch, Linkstreet SOHO and Alaska PHY
Job Description - Duties & Responsibilities:
•Work closely with customers on projects, handle customer technical issues timely and coordinate internal supporting resource to ensure customer product launch
•Work closely with marketing and sales team to create design-in projects and contribute to major design wins by promoting company's products.
•Organize technical meetings and trainings with customers engineering team to improve customer development efficiency and shorten the product’s TTM.
•Monitor customers development schedule, support all problems in customer products life cycle, and customer projects technical and developing risk

Required Education, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Idle candidate should have B.S. degree with 5 years or M.S. degree with 3 years above in designing/developing area for switch or router.
• B.S. or above in electrical engineering, communications and computing or equivalent.
• Experience with software design, implementation, debugging in telecom/network industry is required
• Rich debugging and trouble-shooting experience in switch or router products.
• Solid knowledge and experience on C/C++.
• Excellent communication, self-motivated and good team player.
• Good English read/write/oral capability.
• Linux driver development experiences will be a plus
• Basic hardware knowledge will be a plus.
