Manager/Senior Manager for Memory Product Design

Location:  Xi’an, China

Responsibilities:  
·           Staff responsibility for ~25 chip designer for DRAM product development
·           Hiring, training, and guidance of new employees according to headcount targets
·           Developing and advancing the skill set in support of the projects
·           Resource planning and staffing of projects
·           Ownership for cost center
·           Interfacing with internal customers, other development departments and synchronization with memory product development centers world-wide
·           Assuring schedule- and performance compliance of development projects
·           Continuous improvement of technical- and non-technical skills of team-members as well as design methodologies for world-class quality products and high development efficiency

Principal/Senior Staff/ Staff/ Senior Test Engineer,

Job Description:
·           Test program development for complex digital SoCs and MCMs.
·           Definition of test concept, work out test specification, generate test pattern (interface with IC System Design engineers).
·           Create test program and test hardware incl. evaluation, debugging, optimization and production transfer.
·           Define and realize test cost ratios and transfer of test package to other test platforms.
·           Maintain test package during ramp-up and volume production.
·           Cooperate with circuit designers, product engineering, and technology engineers regarding test evaluation, analysis and debugging of first silicon and redesigns.
·           Product failure analysis and debugging on test system.
·           Team leader responsibility for group of 3-4 engineers

Requirements:
·           Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or in related field
·           At least 5 years design experience(skills mentioned above)
·           Tools skills:
- General tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Acrobat, etc)
- Experience with Teradyne or other Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
- Knowledge of DFT / DfM / DfA
- VHDL/Verilog knowledge is an advantage

Team Leader IC Verification,

Job Description:  n
·           Manage a team of 8 to 10 people in the field of IC Verification
·           Take technical lead for the team working in the field of IC verification.
·           Interface to business groups
·           Evaluate effort for IC Development projects
·           Commit delivery schedule for IC Development projects
·           Ensure execution of IC Development tasks of team based on commitment
·           Career and training planning of team members
·           Ensure efficient and state-of-the-art IC Development process within the team

Qualifications:
·           PhD/Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or in related field

Requirements:
·           Minimum 5 years of experience in IC development with at-least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader
·           Strong experience in coverage driven verification (CDV)-Specman based verification and formal verification method.
·           Should be very conversant with IC development methodology and relevant EDA tools used in the industry and should be hands-on to resolve issues/suggest actions/initiate alternate-plans.
·           Ensure regular reporting, documentation and should have excellent communication and leadership skills.
·           Ability to speak and write English is a must, CET 6
·           Self-motivated team player and able to work with minimum supervision
·           Willingness to take overseas business trip

Engineering and Maintenance Manager / Senior Manager

Responsibilities:
·           Introduction of new products/new processes/new equipment to production
·           Product/process qualifications
·           Process optimization and process capability
·           Yield enhancement / monitoring.
·           OEE improvement / monitoring.
·           Disposition of lots on hold
·           Definition and realization of break through & continuous improvement programs
·           Local and global communication to include documentation, supporting, negotiating, presentation, team contribution and training
·           Supervisory responsibilities of interns, team leading (area specific) and training/guidance of new engineers
·           Performs all tasks and responsibilities of Engineering Management duties
·           Provides technical leadership, directly impacts local area and indirectly contributes globally

Requirements:
·           4 years technical degree in an engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, Material 2.Engineering, Industrial Engineering and other related areas.)
·           At least 10+years of relevant experience in semiconductor industry/ Backend production / other production areas
·           Some management experience
·           Internal expert in technical/ specialist area with deep and broad knowledge in backend manufacturing (Pre-assembly, assembly& testing)
·           Knowledge of own function’s contribution to achieving business objectives
·           Main internal interfaces: Site head, other Backend sites, and corporate Backend departments.
·           Excellent knowledge of customer/supplier relationship

IC Design Manager

·           Manage the IC design team and keep improving the productivity
·           Direct the design engineers and keep improving the technical capability
·           Keep improving the design quality and IP maintenance
·           Drive the technology development in SoC group
·           Build up and improve the design flow

Requirements
·           MSEE Degree or equivalent
·           Minimum 5-8 years experience in the hands-on IC Design
·           Strong background in communication theory and digital signal processing
·           Familiarity of standard CAD tools, such as  PrimeTime, etc.
·           Familiarity of FPGA prototyping
·           Good communication skill
·           Good management skill
