Job responsibility:
1.Support Concepting phase and RFQ  activities by reviewing customer data and providing initial technical support for quotation purposes
2.Act as technical contact between internal program team and Global ESI/ customers, bridging communication to collect customer’s requirement, discuss/ clarify related issue, and gather feedback
3.Upon receiving the sample making requests from CBT/ customer, he or she is responsible to coordinate with LOM Operation and suppliers to plan, monitor, and review the sample before submit to customer
4.Teamed with Technical Development team and Operation Competence teams, perfect DFM is required to work with customers’ design team, support reviewing program part’s design, and ensure design concept are good and suitable in term of manufacturability aspect.
5.Support program operation during development and build phase to conduct technical evaluation, coordinating for related verification, trouble-shooting build related issues, and ensure customer requirements are achieved

Job requirements:
1.University bachelor degree or equivalent in engineering
2.Minimum 5 years' experience (10 years for Senior ESI) in mechanical design, plastic injection moulding/ plastic tool design, and manufacturing, preferably for handheld consumer electronics products
3.More than 5 years in a manufacturing environment, and in-depth knowledge in technology areas such as tooling, assembly, decoration and painting
4.More than 2 years working directly with customers and/or supplier, and first-hand experience in managing customer and supplier relationship
5.Design-for-Manufacturing and Design-for-Assembly in mass production environment knowledge is a plus
6.Preferable to equip with product design experience
7.Good in English communication, especially on technical meeting and conf. call meeting
