RFIC Design JD：
?Knowledge of SAW device and design skills of RF filter. Experience in designing SAW device is preferrable.
?Knowledge of all RF parameters such as insertion loss, attenuation, return loss, harmonics and ability to design and optimize for each parameter.
?Knowledge of communication standards, such as RF system, 3GPP, and etc.
?Experience in development with an electromagnetic field analysis software.
?Design experience with CAD（AutoCAD, VectorWorks and etc.）
?Technical communication skills, the candidate must be able to document and present her/his work in a clear and concise way.
?The candidate must be able to work well with other design engineers and process engineers.
?Tools to use
　(1) Electromagnetic field analysis software（i.e, HFSS and ADS）
　(2) SAW device simulation（i.e, COM and equivalent circuits）
