A fast growing Mixed IC company is lookingfor Digital IC design director with excellent pay and stock options.

Responsibility:

·

Manage and implementcomplex Digital IC Chip Design from defining the goals, requirements,execution plan, defining critical milestones, create the specification, RTLcoding to Physical Chip implementation.
·

Deliver complex ASICsfrom design concept and architecture development, through the complete designand verification processes, to deliver high yielding IC devices.
·

Managethe digital design team and will be required to grow the team by 5 - 10 DigitalIC Design Engineers.

Requirements:

·

Over 8 years ofexperience in SoC development from concept to production.  Over 3 years of management experience.
·

Extensive hands-onexperience covering end-to-end SoC/ASIC development cycles – Chip Architecture,performance evaluation, design, implementation, verification, validation,testing, qualification and production.
·

Extensive hands-onexperience with defining module level architecture specifications, performingRTL design, synthesis, timing closure and verification for Mixed-Signalproducts.
·

Excellentunderstanding of EDA tools, flows and methodologies.
·

Proventrack record of designing efficient digital circuits of significant complexity.
·

Experiencein ARM Cortex Mx series is plus.
·

Excellentinterpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
·

Strongleadership and influencing skills with a strong ability to lead and motivate.
