A fast growing Mixed IC company is looking for Digital IC design director with excellent pay and stock options.

Responsibility:

•        Manage and implement complex Digital IC Chip Design from defining the goals, requirements, execution plan, defining critical milestones, create the specification, RTL coding to Physical Chip implementation.
•        Deliver complex ASICs from design concept and architecture development, through the complete design and verification processes, to deliver high yielding IC devices.
•        Manage the digital design team and will be required to grow the team by 5 - 10 Digital IC Design Engineers.

Requirements:

•        Over 8 years of experience in SoC development from concept to production.  Over 3 years of management experience.
•        Extensive hands-on experience covering end-to-end SoC/ASIC development cycles – Chip Architecture, performance evaluation, design, implementation, verification, validation, testing, qualification and production.
•        Extensive hands-on experience with defining module level architecture specifications, performing RTL design, synthesis, timing closure and verification for Mixed-Signal products.
•        Excellent understanding of EDA tools, flows and methodologies.
•        Proven track record of designing efficient digital circuits of significant complexity.
•        Experience in ARM Cortex Mx series is plus.
•        Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
•        Strong leadership and influencing skills with a strong ability to lead and motivate.
