Required Experience:
•        5+ years’ experience in a hardware design and support environment.
•        Proven ability to do hands on engineering work e.g. rework, soldering (0201 and larger), test methodology, design, product debug, and prototyping.
•        General knowledge of woodshop tools (table saw, band saw, router, drill press etc.). Can move forward with woodshop projects with minimal assistance.
•        Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and verbal)
•        Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook as well as comfortable learning a variety of other computer software.
•        Strong organizational skills, including inventory tracking, keeping hardware components and tool organized and maintaining an inventory of components for engineering design and debug.
•        Knowledge of test equipment including some or all of the following: spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, DSOs, programmable power supplies, data loggers, acoustic test equipment (CLIO, Klippel, AP), and any equipment used in the development of electronic engineering product.
•        Uncompromising team work ethic.
•        Decisive action-oriented individual who learns quickly, works independently, and takes ownership of open issues.
•        Can think on their feet and generate creative solutions to challenging problems.
•        Be able to quickly switch tasks to accommodate changing priorities without losing focus on overall goal.
Preferred:
•        Knowledge and experience with schematic entry and layout tools is a plus.
•        Experience with integrating multiple sub-systems including software and/or firmware is a strong plus.
•        Metal lathe and milling experience
•        Strong knowledge of hardware development best practices in several of the following functional areas: digital, analog, radio, mechanical, acoustics, sustaining, hardware verification
