Responsibility:
  
Manages system validation team for cellular mobile chipset development including job assignment, organizing the day to day execution of system validation team and overseeing product development quality.
  
Skill and Qualification:
  
o 8+ years experience in Mobile product development
o 5+ years management experience in System validation
o Success experience of organizing a system validation team with 50+ engineers
o Solid technical background in mobile communication systems (LTE, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA, GSM, etc)
o Good communication skill  
o Good team worker
o Fluent English
