Xiaomi’s Design team is looking for an Industrial Designer to join its motivated, multi-disciplinary, happy and creative studio.
  
The Industrial Designer is responsible for helping design the physical products. You will need to be able to demonstrate (via a portfolio) the following: a highly productive designer who will help us craft products for mass production.
  
Main Responsibility Area:
1.Design beautiful, meaningful, and desirable products that fit Xiaomi’s long-term strategy.
2.Communicate ideas quickly and effectively through 2D sketches / 3D modelings.
3.Work closely with vendors, engineering teams, color and materials, and UX designers.
4.Loves working on multiple projects simultaneously.
5.Become a part of a well-established, highly motivated team, and help shape its future with your own perspectives and character.
6.Consumer understanding and empathy.
7.Design strategy and concept creation.
  
CMF设计师
1、开阔的设计视野，对时尚潮流和工艺流行变化敏锐，分析下一年度色彩、材料和表面工艺的流行趋势并整理出相关参考文件。
2、根据时尚流行趋势进行CMF设计，并通过CMF的设计，能够给现阶段的产品带来新的视觉感受，使产品具有一定的竞争力。
3、通过视觉文件或者口头阐述能够清晰的表达设计理由、设计概念，设计细节。
4、丰富的制造知识，熟悉终端通信产品材料、结构、加工工艺和流程。
5、项目后期需要去工厂协助供应商确定表面工艺，颜色的调配。
6、极强的执行力和团队合作意识，较好的适应性，能适应快节奏的公司环境。
