Responsibilities
  Developing ATE test programs and test solutions for Mix-signal/SOC IC products
  Testing and characterizing IC with ATE or Lab-based platforms

Mandatory Skills
  Good knowledge about ATE test
  Good knowledge about Mix-signal/MCU test solutions
  Experience with IC Quality & Reliability Engineering
  Fluency in English (both Oral and writing) and communication skill
Preferred Skills
  Experience with Credence/LTX D10 or Teradyne Magnum tester
  Experience with Load board hardware design
  IC Product Engineering related knowledge or experience
  IC chip level characterization and validation related experience or knowledge
Experience
  6+ years of working experience in the high-tech industry.
  2+ years of experience in an US or Europe based company
  4+ years of experience in ATE and IC test platform development
