具体描述：
Job Title: Camera ISP or General Multimedia SW Engineer
Department: AE
Location:  Shanghai

Job Description:
**** is looking for qualified customer support oriented software engineers for embedded multimedia solution. Main focus is general multimedia domain, camera ISP is a big plus. The goal is to help on customer platform multimedia/ISP related issues, including but not limited to smart sensor solution, raw sensor solution, general audio or video SW/HW encoder/decoder, multimedia framework, multimedia application etc.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

The qualified candidate should have Master degree in the discipline of computer science, electronic engineering or related fields.
Have 2+ years of industrial camera, ISP, multimedia experience.
Have strong debugging skills and experience in embedded systems.
Also requires strong communication skills, self motivation, and the ability to work in a team environment.

You need co-work with other internal and external team members to coordinate, narrow down until solve the issues.

Multimedia solution on Marvell mobile platform, include developing video encoder/decoder, middleware component, integrating into android system, enhancing multimedia feature, improving system to get much better user experience and solving customer issues.

Requirements:

- Solid camera domain technology knowledge, such as sensor driver, sensor HAL, ISP pipeline
- 2+ years of camera/multimedia development experience on embedded OS
- Extensive experience programming in C/C++
- Experience for OpenMax /Gstreamer or other multimedia framework
- Experience for Android native layer multimedia framework
- Strong communications capability
- Experience for HW/SW video codec, will be a plus
- Be familiar with H264/H263/MPEG4/MPEG2/H265 standard, will be a plus
- Experience for streaming protocol or usage, like TCP/IP, RTSP, HTTP live,
CMMB, VoIP, will be a plus
- Be familiar with GPU will be a plus
