LTE参考灵敏度测试配置RB时，为什么上行RB会减少？

今天看LTE协议36.521  7.3这部分，讲到在测试吞吐量时配置RB的时候下行满RB配置，上行有的Band却是少了一部分，如Band 7,20M上行RB由100减为75，这是什么原因？如果有协议直接看表7.3.3-2，那些标注Note1的是什么原因少了的？note都没讲，求大神赐教！！！！

这是测 sensitivity吧， 他是说要去 full RB DL 满足thoughput大于等于95%的最大吞吐量是条件 来测量灵敏度 那个上行RB的location是说PUCCH里控制信道的连接中用到的 你看上行的调制方式是QPSK就知道了

好吧，我一个人唱独角戏
我又看协议觉得应该不是这样想的，应该是RB allocation 的问题，但是怎么配置的呢？这一点怎么去知道，怎样知道他做up linK的时候该用什么RB allocation 呢？[em04]

可是如果这样算的话Band3 middle rang 1747.5mHz~1785mHz，余有37.5mhz
在20m带宽时余17.5M，RB应该是15M的75或者20M的100之间，但RB是50，这是为何呢？

猜是这个原因么？
middle rang 2535mHz~2570mHz,有35Mhz,在20m带宽时余有15M，所以RB变成15M对应的75个[em01]

这是note部分，还可以看出来TDD上行RB配置并没有减少，求解？大神，你在哪？[em12]
