1 Introduction
This document includes schematics and a part lists for the MSM8960, PM8921™, and WCD9310
baseband reference design. The schematics and part lists included in this document are
preliminary and are intended only as a reference.
1.1 Chipset reference schematic breakdown
The Qualcomm Modem Test Platform (MTP) for this chipset is comprised of a large baseband
card that consists of the MSM8960, PM8921, and WCD9310 devices, along with all of the
peripheral connectors shown in Figure 1. There are a number of schematic documents available
for this chipset; a complete chipset schematic for a specific RF configuration is comprised of the
following documents:
