Your Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate has minimum a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant majors and 5+ years of relevant experience in mechanical development in mobile product industry. Furthermore we expect:

Essential skills:
• Rich knowledge about and skill in Product Design, Material Selection, Decoration Technology and Manufacturing Processes
• Proficient in common engineering tools and practices, such as tolerance analysis, Design for Assembly, Design For Manufacture
• Ability to detect the innovative possibility of mechanics and project how the new idea may play out in the marketplace
• Sufficient knowledge of mobile phone's hardware design and general mobile product requirements
• Ability to using both standard and non-standard approach and logic, analytic thinking to solve the hot mechanical issues
• Good team work spirit and technical cross function communication skill
• Strong written and verbal English communications skills
• The candidate will be highly pragmatic - a do-er as well as a thinker; we use technology to solve real-world problems.

• Highly innovative, flexible and self-directed, but also a cooperative team player
• Ability to communicate and discuss technical topics with both technical and business audiences
