Reliability engineer position:

Works as an experienced product reliability Engineer in Design Verification and testing management for Mobile phone.

Main Responsibility Area
-       Be responsible for reliability, environmental and mechanical test planning and coordination for Beijing R&D program center products development.
-       Make decisions & summary independently to identify and follow up top errors reported by test engineers.
-       Organize and present reliability related reviews of own projects and participate in neighbouring projects.
-       Contribute to reliability test technologies & test methods development and implementation.
-       JRD suppliers and BBS partners test results quality and scheduling controller  in term of  test method and equipment alignment
-       Provide test training to Company suppliers HW-V labs and BBS partners HW-V labs in reliability area.
-       Provide support to Requalification work to program and coach the factory lab engineer.

Qualifications

At least 4-6 years relevant experience, fully competent in reliability area . Work independently using his/her specific knowledge
-       You are expected to have a good understanding of reliability technology, specifications, standards and requirements in Mobile Industry.
-       Deep expertise on reliability fundamental principle and statistics theory is a must.  
-       Familiar with reliability tools like min-tab
-       Knowledge of reliability physics and failure mode on mobile phone is a plus.
-       The candidae is expected to have fulent English (spoken and written)
-       Good communication skill with different stakeholders.
-       The candidate has the ability to change according to Company business needs
