MNC (Multi-National Company) Field Application Engineer for Mobile Phone, Portable & Consumer Applications (located in Beijing)

Role Summary
Technical Support for Touch, Audio, and Haptics MNC located in Beijing

Primary Responsibility
•        Full technical responsibility of Touch, Audio, and Haptics product at selected MNC customers.
•        Complete first line technical support, including product promotion, technical issue debugging and solving, project follow up etc.
•        Pro-active communication with technical contacts at selected MNC customers.
•        Coordinate internal technical resource (including our company WW resources) to drive for design-win success of every socket in all projects.
•        Work as part of an account team with sales and be accountable to gain share at these customers.

Qualifications
•        At least 5 years working experience in Mobile Phone, Portable and Consumer application.
•        At least 3 years of Touch, Audio, and Haptics product hardware design, related software experience will be plus, hands-on experience with Mobile-phone / Smartphone / Tablet / Docking Station, technical support experience is preferred.
•        Rich experience in both practice and theory for touch screen controller (capacitive and resistance), audio amplifier, and Haptics.
•        Experienced in leading development or engineering team would be preferred.
•        Good communication and team work with experience to work as part of a WW team.
•        Fluent English.
•        Masters degree of EE.
•        Aggressive to push for result by leveraging all resources.
•        Team player and open to learn.
•        Self driven and motivated.
