能够给举个例子?
比如说在中国PLMN 是中国电信,而SPN 是中国移动和中国联通,因为网络是中国电信的,而网络运营是移动和联通?
是否是这样?

<P>SPN没有遇到过，但是最近开发的项目中倒是遇到了锁定PLMN的功能，与之相关的术语有BaseID、SID，但是因为MMI只是负责调用接口，所以还是不明白，期待高手注解</P>[em10]

When available and the MS is in idle mode, the MS shall indicate the Service Provider name. The Service Provider
name is stored in the SIM {(max. 16 characters, including spaces)}. The SIM will indicate two options: (1) indication of
Service Provider name in parallel to the indication of the PLMN the MS is registered-to; (2) indication of the Service
Provider name alternatively to the indication of the PLMN the MS is registered-to. When roaming, the Service Provider
name shall only be indicated in parallel to the PLMN the MS is registered-to. If the MS is unable to display the full
name of the Service Provider the name is cut from the tail end. The storage of Service Provider name and choice of
