PT4302是专为低功耗及高接收感度无线传输控制需求所开发的芯片.
     高整合度的设计,使得PT4302仅需少数几个被动组件配合即可工作,能减少电路板使用面积并缩短开发或样机制作的时间.
     PT4302在设计上特别对功耗作了有效管控,在5V时,315MHz的操作电流少于3mA ,对于日益严格的环保需求或手持式产品提供了良好的解决方案.
     PT4302内建高性能的低噪声放大器(LNA),整合压控震荡器(VCO)和回路滤波器(Loop Filter)的锁相环(PLL)及使用10.7MHz作为其中频,.
     PT4302除省电省零件外,亦具有优异的接收感度和抗噪声能力.特别适合用于汽机车防盗，遥控卷门、灯具、窗帘等环境噪声较大的应用.
     PT4302内建稳压器,可操作在2.4V~5.5V.包装型式则采用好加工的SSOP16小包装。

    DESCRIPTION
The PT4302 is an ultra-low power OOK/ASK super heterodyne receiver for the 315/434 MHz frequency
bands. It offers a high level of integration and requires only few external components. The PT4302 consists of
a low-noise amplifier (LNA), a down-conversion mixer, an on-chip phase-locked loop (PLL) with integrated
voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) and loop filter, an OOK/ASK demodulator, a data filter, a data slicing comparator and an on-chip regulator. The PT4302 is available in 16-pin SSOP package and
is specified over the extended temperature range (-40 to +85°C).
