PT4450是一款高性能的无线发射芯片,通过简易的外围电路，可以设计成：包括一个SAW振荡器,功率放大,和一个单稳态SAW和功率放大控制的功能模块.应用于RKE,遥控控制,数据传送等；
    其有以下主要特点:3V下输出功率高达10dBm(18m A);低工作电压(2.23～3.6V);较少的外部元件;采用SAW振荡器,频率稳定,工作于250～500MHz;高达50％开工比;SOT-6封装.拥有高输出功率(3V/＋10dBm),与出色的传输效能(50Kbps).
     可广泛应用在车用遥控芯片锁、免钥匙开门系统、无线家庭保全、无线遥控系统及无线感应相关产品!
