JOB PURPOSE:
Design the hardware (and firmware) for the project development requirements according to the developing procedures.
Make sure that the projects can be on schedule.
Problems solving in the project development.
Test and debug, confirm with the customer to modify for the requirement.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:
1.                   Function Spec., circuit Design (include RF circuit, for example amplify circuit, and antenna design and test), PCB layout, parts test and verify and arrange schedule for each design phase to achieve the projects goal.
2.                   Cooperate with antenna vendors and wireless module vendors to design the antenna and amplify circuit for GPRS module, Bluetooth module and wireless USB module. Test and debug it to ensure the implements of the design goals and pass the related certifications.
3.                   Efficiency and quality improvement of the project development, cost reduction of the existing products.
4.                   Responsible for electronic designing and implementation, and integration of digital electronics.
5.                   Tracking the hardware bug and functional verification.
6.                   Assist manager to creating system’s specification and design specification.
7.                   Support the manufacturing to do failure analysis and to improve the processing.
8.                   New product's regulation compliance test and debug (such as 3C, UL, FCC, ...)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor's degree or above in electronics or related fields
Experience:
3+ years of board-level design experiences and at least 2 years RF design experiences
Skills & Abilities:
·                      Knowledge of hardware, software development, familiar with both analog and digital circuit design. Ability to write driver under embedded system will be a plus.
·                      Mastery basic RF/Microwave theory, must familiar with RF circuit design, RF system and cell circuit, familiar with the usage of RF test instruments and EDA software. Familiar with GPRS, Bluetooth or wireless USB module design will be a plus;
·                      Ability to use EDA software, OrCAD and Allegro will be  a plus;
·                      Experience with design wireless POS terminal, thermal printer will be a plus;
·                      Familiar with the procedure of product development
·                      Excellent interpersonal skills and persuasive
·                      Aggressive and work independently, team work spirits;  
·                      Good English ability in writing and speaking
