Job title: Senior Design Engineer

Responsibilities:
1.        Lead a design team in projects for the DC/DC standard brick module or customer design DC/DC power supply.
2.        Work with customers to help define/change technical requirements and specifications.
3.        Trouble shooting in product development stage.
4.        Analyze design tradeoffs with references to product cost.
5.        Oversee qualification testing and analysis of results.
6.        Design new families of DC/DC converters per marketing requirements.
7.        Coordinate with suppliers on new material and design improvements to existing products.
8.        Generate relevant documentation to support design, manufacture and            marketing products.

Qualifications:
1.        BSEE or MSEE or equivalent at least 5 years experience in designing high frequency high-density DC/DC converters.
2.        Must have the Knowledge of existing topologies, current components, control theory, loop compensation, magnetic design, EMI/RFI and PCB layout.
3.        Proficient using simulation tools, spreadsheets, calculation tool.
4.        Must be capable of schematic creating and PCB layouts.
5.        Excellent written and verbal communication & problem solving skills.
6.        Ability to work efficiently as a team leader.
7.        The candidate must be flexible, pro-active and willing to learn and contribute to meeting team objectives.


Job title: Junior Design Engineer

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1.        Engineering test, debugging and/or documentation of Power Conversion products.
2.        Building engineering breadboard and prototype.
3.        Supporting manufacturing related issues, such as: testing, failure analysis and etc.
4.        Product design support for BOMs (Bill of Material) / AVLs (Approved Vender List) & schematics checking and introduction to manufacturing.
5.        Bring up and verification of first off prototype PC boards to DVT schedule.GM/managers.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
1.        BA degree in Power Electronics is required.
2.        Conversant with analog electronics and able to learn quickly to operate test equipment, e.g. oscilloscopes, electronic loads, multi-meters, and etc.
3.        Knowledge of basic topologies of power conversion, good understanding of analog circuits and components.
4.        Able to use EDA software such as PSpice and PADS;
5.        Capability of reading and writing in English.


岗位职责：

1.        负责RMA、IQC、OQC的失效分析工作；
2.        负责在FA Database系统中撰写相关FA报告；
3.        负责组织调查质量问题的根本原因并追踪改善过程；
4.        负责在质量改进系统中撰写相关CAT，并追踪CAT的完成情况；
5.        负责客户投诉的处理和追踪解决；
6.        参与产品开发过程中的审查会议；
7.        根据要求持续地按时完成质量项目和相关工作；
8.        协助质量经理进行公司ISO9001:2008内部审核；
9.        协助质量经理在必要时对原材料供应商和生产工厂进行审核；
KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
1.        至少2年以上开关电源的设计经验或开关电源失效分析经验；
2.        较强的问题分析，解决和改善能力；
3.        高度的工作热情，良好的职业道德和压力承受能力；
4.        有很强的判断和决策能力；
5.        良好的人际交往，沟通能力；
6.        有良好的团队合作能力；
7.        英语读写流畅、口语流利；
8.        有相关质量工程师经验的优先考虑。
